Meet the Staff

Sid Pierson, RPh, Owner

Sid has called Pullman home his entire life.  Born in Colfax because Pullman didn’t yet have a hospital, his parents were both teachers in the Pullman School District. His mother, Hazel started the elementary school libraries.  Sid’s father, Bill,  started the  wrestling program and was later inducted into the Washington State High School Hall of Fame.  Sid  not only excelled in wrestling, he was also an All-American football player in high school.

Sid was a member of the Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity at WSU and lettered in wrestling.  He  got his undergraduate degree in psychology, and after a stint as a 2nd Lt. in the Army,  he returned to Pullman and graduated from the  WSU School of Pharmacy.  He purchased the Professional Mall Pharmacy from Don Lemmon  in 1976 and moved it to it’s current location in the Pullman Care Community  in 2005. He opened the Dissmore’s location in 1993.  He is a former member of the Pullman School Board, The Washington State School Director’s Association  and the Pullman Hospital Foundation.  He is a long-time member of the Lions Club, the Washington Pharmacy Association (WSPA) and the National Community Pharmacy Association (NCPA).  He is an avid golfer and a die-hard Cougar fan. He and his wife Penne have 2 children and 6  grandchildren.

Wil Edwards, PharmD

Wil grew up on a 70 acre farm in Chewelah, Washington.  He   moved to Pullman in 1997 to go to school and is a 2003 graduate of WSU’s school of Pharmacy.  He started working  at Sid’s Pharmacy in 2008, but began  his career as a pharmacist at Safeway where he worked  for 7 years.  In 2007, he and his wife  Andi  purchased Northwest Pharmacy in Potlatch  and Sid is considering passing him the torch and keeping  Sid’s pharmacy locally owned when he retires.  Wil  is certified in vaccination administration, CPR, and  first aid.  He is also a volunteer firefighter in Palouse.  Wil and Andi have 2 children and live just outside of  Palouse with their 4 dogs, 6 cats, 3 horses and lots of chickens.
